Free home insulation is available
for eligible home owners and private tenants throughout the UK,
in order that the country can meet its carbon emissions
targets.
It has been calculated that the worst carbon emitters
in the UK are households. This means that if we make
our homes more energy efficient, the country will be
well on the way to meeting those targets. And that's
the reason for government grant funding
